This category A listed domestic finishing mill in Paisley had deteriorated to such a serious state of disrepair that the formation of a partnership involving the Prince of Wales Phoenix Trust, Morrison PLC, Historic Scotland, Renfrewshire Council, Scottish Enterprise and Persimmon Homes was required to bring it back to life.
Creating 60 high quality residences and 25 000 square feet of business space and a permanent exhibition space, the return of this iconic building is a true catalyst for the continuing regeneration of Paisley town Centre
