Stobhill General Hospital, Glasgow
The judges were impressed by the civilised approach to the new hospital - the detailing has been honed to produce a calming space. The central circulation is clear bringing light deep in to the plan whilst the timber clad atriums provide warmth and light.
Externally the beautifully detailed canopies provide punctuations to a cultured façade. R&H continue to impress.
